Pledge of Allegiance – Mayor Schneider called the meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance 2. ROLL CALL Councilman William Bogan – Present Council President Gene Hartman – Present Councilman Mark Bughman – Present Councilman Keith Rowland – Present Councilwoman Helen Dronsfield – Present Councilman Guy Wells – Present Others Present – Mayor Schneider, Councilman Elect Gary Feron (4:53 PM), Interim Village Manager Rosemark, Finance Director Pfeiffer, Chief Barfield, Water/WW Supt. Frenk, Electric Supt. Bealer, Public Works Supt. Brasee, Planning/Zoning Supt. Lent, Clerk of Council O’Brien 3. NEW BUSINESS  Executive Session – To consider the appointment of a Village employee or official – Motion by Bogan, 2nd by Wells to enter into executive session to consider the appointment of a Village employee or official, at 4:30 PM. Roll call vote was taken with all members voting “yes”. Motion by Bughman, 2nd by Bogan to resume the council meeting at 8:36 PM. Roll call was taken with all members present. No decisions were made, no action was taken. 4. ADJOURN – Motion by Bogan, 2nd by Bughman to adjourn at 8:36 PM
