ROLL CALL – Mayor Schneider called the meeting to order and requested roll call. Bughman Mayor Schneider reported that there had been times last year when absences made it difficult to conduct committee business, so they have placed alternates to alleviate the problem. Motion by Hartman, 2nd by Dronsfield to ratify Mayor Schneider’s appointments. Roll call vote was taken with all members voting “yes”. 4. ADJOURN: Motion by Hartman, 2nd Bughman to adjourn at 5:36 PM
