A. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Devine called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 3- Mayor Dan Devine, Wayne Clark, and Pati Concha

18-00409 Approval of Meeting Mintues - January 11, 2018 and January 18, 2018
Czaplewski moved to approve this matter, Clark seconded, motion carried.
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
18-00404 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Travis Kreuser and Martha
Solis-Villasenor, 1468 S. 94th St.
AARB decided to:
- Unanimously dismiss the appeal. Therefore, the Prohibited Dangerous Dog
Order is in effect.
- Pursuant to this Order, applicant has 30 days from the date of this letter to
remove the dog from the City limits.
The decision was due to the applicant's failure to attend the meeting and present
further evidence.
18-00410 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Tiffany Robinson and Quintin Harris of
2224 S. 65th St.
AARB decided to:
- Uphold the Dangerous Dog Order
18-00411 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Amy Schoenfeldt of 2231 S. 67th
Place.
AARB decided to:
- Rescind the Dangerous Dog Order
