REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Devine called the meeting to order at 4;20 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 3- Mayor Dan Devine, Wayne Clark, and Pati Concha
Also Present: Alternate Committee Member Czaplewski.
C. ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
19-0008 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Tim and Cassey Dutton of 2409 S.
95th St.
Sponsors: Administrative Appeals Review Board
AARB decided to uphold the Dangerous Dog Order with the following
stipulations:
1. The insurance requirement has been waived.
2. Registration with the Police Department as stated in the Dangerous Dog
Order.
3. Muzzle requirement has been waived.
4. Leash requirement has been waived while on the owner’s premises; must
be leashed when off premises.
5. Signage necessary as stated in the Dangerous Dog Order.
6. The appellant may request another hearing to appeal the Dangerous Dog
Order after January 16, 2021, if no further incidents occurred.
19-0017 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Terrence and Takarra Hightire of
1438 S. 82nd St.
Sponsors: Administrative Appeals Review Board
AARB decided to uphold the Dangerous Dog Order with the following
stipulations:
1. The appellant must install an appropriate single-layer fence by July 16,
2019.
2. The insurance amounts submitted by the appellant are satisfactory to
comply with the insurance requirement.

Czaplewski moved to adjourn at 5;17 p.m., Mayor Devine seconded, motion
carried.

The Administrative Appeals Review Board may, upon a motion duly made and carried, convene
into closed sessions following each case pursuant to §19.85(1)(a) (Deliberating concerning a
case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that
governmental body) for the purpose of deliberating concerning the cases listed in Section D of
this public notice.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Administrative Appeals review Board will reconvene
into open session pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(2) for possible additional discussion and/or
action concerning any matter discussed in closed session and/or any unfinished item remaining
on the agenda.
