CALL TO ORDER Mayor Devine called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 3- Mayor Dan Devine, Wayne Clark, and Pati Concha C. HEARINGS 19-0424 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Russell Nickels of 1601 S. 85th St., Apt. 1. Sponsors: Administrative Appeals Review Board AARB decided to: - Maintain the Dangerous Dog Order - Waive the insurance, fence, muzzle and confinement requirements 19-0425 Dangerous Dog Order for Appeal by Israel Cordova, Jr. of 9437 W. E. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Devine moved to adjourn, Clark seconded, motion carried. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
