CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 5:12 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 1- Wayne Clark Excused 1- Mayor Dan Devine Also Present: Alternate Member Czaplewski. C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 20-0003 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Order by Fabian Bendlin of 5926 W. Burnham St., Apt. 5 Sponsors: Administrative Appeals Review Board Order upheld. The Board may deliberate in closed session on matter 20-0003 pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a) (Deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body) D. ADJOURNMENT Clark moved to adjourn at 5:14 p.m., Czaplewski seconded, motion carried. LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY STATEMENT It is the policy of the City of West Allis to provide language access services to populations of persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) who are eligible to be served or likely to be directly affected by our programs.
