CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 4:08 pm. B. ROLL CALL Present 2- Mayor Dan Devine, and Wayne Clark Excused 1- Martin J. Weigel Others Present: Ivan Barton, Attorney Bradley J. Jansen, Christopher Roth, Jennifer Engdahl, Marc Engdahl, Rebecca Skroback, Carl Skroback, Matt Norman, Nicholas Cerwin, Assistant City Attorney, Daniel Koralewski, Health Department, and Ann Marie Neff, Staff Support. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 20-0420 Approval of Meeting Minutes - August 24, 2020 A motion was made by Clark, seconded by Mayor Devine, to Approve the minutes of the meeting of August 24, 2020. The motion carried unanimously. D. HEARINGS 20-0368 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Order by Christopher Roth of 2362 S. 78 St. A motion was made by Clark, seconded by Devine, to Uphold the Dangerous Dog Order for Loki and MooMoo. If there are no incidents for one (1) year the Dangerous Dog designation may be lifted upon receiving a request from the pet's owner. The Clerk's Office will mail the Board's determination to the appellant's attorney. The motion carried unanimously. 20-0372 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Order by Jennifer Engdahl, 2159 S. 74 St. A motion was made by Clark, seconded by Devine, to Uphold the Dangerous Dog Order for Goofy. If there are no incidents for one (1) year the Dangerous Dog designation may be lifted upon receiving a request from the pet's owner. The Clerk's Office will mail the Board's determination to the appellant. The motion carried unanimously. E.
