A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 4:00 pm.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 3- Mayor Dan Devine, Wayne Clark, and Martin J. Weigel
Others Present: Edwin Ordonoz, Kourtney Wojdyla, Nicholas Cerwin, Assistant City
Attorney, Ann Marie Neff, Staff Support.
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 21-0111 Minutes (Draft) of the Administrative Appeals Review Board meeting of
March 25, 2021
A motion was made by Clark, seconded by Weigel, that this matter be Approved.
The motion carried unanimously.
D. HEARINGS
2. 21-0110 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Order by Edwin Ordonoz, 910 S. 88 St.
A motion was made by Clark, seconded by Devine, to uphold the Dangerous Dog
Order for Zeus. If there are no incidents for one (1) year the Dangerous Dog
designation may be lifted upon receiving a request from the pet's owner. The
Clerk's Office will mail the Board's determination to the appellant. The motion
carried unanimously.
The Board may deliberate in closed session on matter 21-0110 pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(a)
(Deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or
hearing before that governmental body)
E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Weigel, seconded by Clark, that the meeting adjourn at
4:59 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.

meaningful access to our programs, services and/or benefits.
