CALL TO ORDER Mayor Devine called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm. B. ROLL CALL Present 3- Mayor Dan Devine, Wayne Clark, and Martin J. Weigel Others Present: Nicholas Cerwin, Assistant City Attorney, Gina Gresch, Deputy City Clerk. Appellants: Jean, William & Melissa Rechlicz. Opposite Party: Dianne & Dennis May. C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 21-0291 July 13, 2021 Draft Administrative Appeals Review Board minutes. Ald. Weigel moved to approve this matter, seconded by Clark, motion carried. D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2. 21-0340 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Order by Jean Rechlicz, 9106 W. Montana Ave. Ald. Weigel moved, Mayor Devine seconded to amend the Prohibited Dangerous Dog Order to a Dangerous Dog Order subject to the following conditions: • Install a single fence elongated to 6 feet along the western/shared lot line and block visibility up to 4 feet between the petitioner's and victim's properties. • Maintain the current requirements which appellants have already addressed, to include: • Muzzle and leash Dakota while out in public. • Dakota has already been altered and micro chipped at the time of the incident. • Post one (1) Dangerous Dog sign. • Paid $75 and registered Dakota as a Dangerous Dog with the West Allis Police Department. • Acquired/maintain liability insurance as required by West Allis Code Section 7.126(6)(h). ADJOURNMENT Ald. Weigel moved to adjourn the meeting at 5:12 pm., seconded by Clark, motion carried. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
