REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Devine called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 3- Martin J. Weigel, Dan Devine, and Wayne Clark
Others Present: Nicholas Cerwin, Assistant City Attorney and Gina Gresch, Deputy City
Clerk.
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 22-0374 April 12, 2022 Draft Administrative Appeals Review Board Minutes.
Ald. Weigel moved to approve this matter, Clark seconded, motion carried.
D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION
2. 22-0192 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Orders by Nereida Cruz, issued on March 25,
2022 at 2228 S. 78th Street.
Ald. Weigel moved to uphold the Dangerous Dog Order with the conditions
established in Section 7.126(6) to include:
7.126(6)(f) - Spay and Neuter Requirements - Within thirty (30) days after a dog
has been designated dangerous, the owner or caretaker of the dog shall provide
written proof from a licensed veterinarian that the dog has been spayed or
neutered.
7.126(6)(e) - Signs - The owner or caretaker of a dangerous dog shall display
"dogs on premises" signage.
Clark seconded, motion carried by roll call vote:

3. 22-0375 Appeal of Dangerous Dog Order by Jamee Stefanski, issued on May 30,
2022 at 1982 S. 75th Street. (DDOG 5)
Ald. Weigel moved to rescind the Dangerous Dog Order and the appellant work
with Attorney Cerwin on posting two signs stating “Dogs on Premises”; one on
the front of the house, the other on the side that faces the park, Clark seconded,
motion carried by roll call vote:

Mayor Devine moved to adjourn at 5:57 p.m., Ald. Weigel seconded, motion
carried.
