APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 17-00039 September 29, 2016 Draft Minutes A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 9- Ms. Dlouhy, Ms. Hernandez, Sr. Jarosz, Ms. Vallejo, Mr. Plicka, Ms. Lawson, Mr. Hook, Ald. May, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 D. PUBLIC HEARING 2. 17-00040 Fiscal Year 2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Public Hearing Notice was read. Ms. Johnson then stated that the purpose of the meeting was to review the accomplishments of the FY 2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant program. Mr. Johnson gave a brief overview of the 2016 Year-end Annual CDBG Report, providing a summary of activity accomplishments. She focused on: Administration, Public Service, Housing Rehab, and Public Facilities. Patrick Schloss then gave a report on the CDBG Ecomoimc Development activities for 2016. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 3. 17-00041 Recommendation to the Common Council of the 2016 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Community Development Block Grant Program. A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Sr. Paula Marie Jarosz, that this matter was Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 9- Ms. Dlouhy, Ms. Hernandez, Sr. Jarosz, Ms. Vallejo, Mr. Plicka, Ms. Lawson, Mr. Hook, Ald. May, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 F. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 4. 17-00042 Discussion relative to the funding of the 2017 Community Development Block Grant Program. Ms. Johnson informed the committee that Congress has not approved the 2017 budget, so funding is unknown at this time. This matter was Discussed G. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald.
