PUBLIC HEARING 2. 18-00147 Fiscal Year 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. Attachments: Public Hearing Notice The Public Hearing Notice was read. Mr. Radomski stated that the purpose of the meeting was to review the accomplishments of the FY 2017 Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant program. Mr. Radomski gave a brief overview of the 2017 Annual CDBG Report, providing a summary of activity accomplishments. Areas of focus were: Administration, Public Service, Housing Rehab, and Public Facilities. Mr. Schloss then gave a report on the CDBG Economic Development activities for 2017. Ms. Cosby asked staff to research if security funds can be used to assist with the installation of cameras on private property. A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ms. Hernandez, that Ms. Kimberly Crosby be elected as Chairperson for the Block Grant Committee. This matter was Approved.
