APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 18-00161 Approval of Draft Minutes from March 13, 2018 Attachments: BOA 3-13-2018 Minutes - Draft A motion was made by Mr. Pranghofer, seconded by Ms. Wagner, that this matter be approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2. 18-00162 Property Address: 1114 S. 98th St., West Allis, WI Tax Key: 443-0338-001 Appeal of Mark J. Stefanovich to construct a detached garage that will be one thousand three hundred (1,300) square feet in total area, which is three hundred (300) square feet larger than the code allows. Attachments: Information Packet - 1114 S. 98th St. A motion was made by Mr. Budiac, seconded by Mr. Keller, that this matter be Approved as it is not contrary to public interest and public safety and welfare would not be affected. The motion carried unanimously. E. ADJOURNMENT A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Budiac, seconded by Ms. Wagner. The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 pm.
