C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Mr. Pranghofer, seconded by Mr. Franklin, that this matter be Approved.
The motion carried unanimously.

2. 19-0474 Property Address: 2128 S. 61st St.
Tax Key: 475-0261-000
Appeal of Michael Lehmann to construct a 960 square foot detached garage with a
wall height of 13.09 feet which is 3.09 feet taller than the code allows.

A motion was made by Mr. Budiac, seconded by Mr. Keller, that this matter be Approved. The
motion carried unanimously.
3. 19-0209 Property Address: 2311 S. 108th St.
Tax Key: 484-0002-001
Appeal of Khaled S. Aloul to reduce the distance allowed between a tobacco retailer
and another establishment licensed to sell any tobacco products from one thousand
(1,000) feet to five hundred (500) feet.

There was no motion to reconsider this case.
F. ADJOURNMENT
A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Budiac, seconded by Mr. Keller, that this matter be
Approved. The motion carried unanimously and the meeting was adjourned at 5:50 p.m.

hearing regarding requests for variance to the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code
(RMC), in meeting Room 222, West Allis City Hall, 7525 W. Greenfield Avenue, West Allis,
Wisconsin, on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may
be heard, on the following. Regarding any appeal hereafter listed, any interested person(s)
may express an opinion orally at such public hearing or in writing prior to the meeting by
sending communications to Board of Appeals, c/o Building Inspections and Neighborhood
Services, 7525 West Greenfield Avenue, West Allis, WI 53214. For further information, call
(414)302 8400. (Notice is posted in the “NOW” weekly newspaper and mailed to property
owners within 100 feet of each listed property.)
