City of West Allis Meeting Minutes - Final Board of Appeals Tuesday, October 8, 2019 5:30 PM City Hall, Room 222 REGULAR MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Mr. Paul Budiac, Mr. Michael Franklin, Mr. Brian Keller, Mr. Michael Pranghofer, and Mr. William Johnson Excused 1- Ms. Allisa Olstad C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 19-0628 Approval of Draft Minutes from September 24, 2019. Attachments: MeetingMinutes(short)24-Sep-2019 DRAFT A motion was made by Mr. Franklin, seconded by Mr. Pranghofer, that this matter be Approved. The motion carried unanimously. D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 2. 19-0629 Property Address: 3050 S. Waukesha Rd. Tax Key: 521-9922-000 Appeal of Luis Barbosa to add eight (8) parking spaces in front of a house which has no garage or rear parking available. The code does not allow for vehicles to be parked in the front yard. Attachments: 3050 S Waukesha Rd - Information A motion was made by Mr. Pranghofer, seconded by Mr. Franklin, that this matter be Approved with the condition that a natural barrier be planted on the south side of the property, as it is not contrary to public interest and public safety and welfare would not be affected. The motion carried unanimously. E. ADJOURNMENT A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Franklin, seconded by Mr. Pranghofer. The motion carried unanimously.
