CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 4:35 pm. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Wayne Clark, Winard Coley, Robert Haglund, Randy Kassa, and Sharon Prindiville Others Present: City Clerk Steven A. Braatz, Jr., City Assessor, Jason Williams, City Attorney, Kail Decker, and Assistant City Attorney Nicholas Cerwin. C. ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR FOR BOARD OF REVIEW A motion was made by Mr. Coley, seconded by Ms. Prindiville, to select Wayne Clark as Chair and Randy Kassa as Vice Chair. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Clark, Coley, Haglund, Kassa, and Prindiville No: 0 D.
