REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
Council President Lajsic called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
B. ROLL CALL
Present 8- Haass, Kuehn, Lajsic, Roadt, Stefanski, Ald. Turner, Vitale, Weigel
Excused 2- Grisham, Reinke
C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 2023-0196 March 7, 2023 Committee of the Whole Minutes.
Ald. Stefanski moved to approve this matter, Ald. Kuehn seconded, motion
carried.
D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
CLOSED SESSION
Ald. Lajsic moved to convene into Closed Session at 6:16 p.m., pursuant to the
provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e), for agenda items #2 - #4, Ald. Vitale
seconded, motion carried by roll call vote.
Roll Call - 8 - Lajsic, Haass, Kuehn, Roadt, Stefanski, Turner, Vitale, Weigel
Ald. Stefanski moved to re-convene into Open Session at 6:47 p.m., Ald. Vitale
seconded, motion carried by roll call vote.
Roll Call was taken and the following were present:

2. 2021-0042 Deliberating the repair or replacement of the Public Works Facility currently
located at 6300 W. McGeoch Avenue.
3. 2023-0271 Deliberating the negotiation strategy for development of 3601 S. 116th St.
4. 2023-0272 Deliberating the negotiation strategy for construction of a new public works
facility on the 5200 Block of W. Burnham St.
E. ADJOURNMENT
Ald. Stefanski moved to adjourn at 6:47 p.m., Ald. Kuehn seconded, motion
carried.

meaningful access to our programs, services and/or benefits.

For agenda items #2 - #4 , the Committee of the Whole may convene in closed session
pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or
negotiating the purchasing of public properties or the investing of public funds. The
Committee of the Whole may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed
session to consider the balance of the agenda.
