Kuehn seconded, motion carried. D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS CLOSED SESSION Ald. Lajsic moved to convene into Closed Session at 6:16 p.m., pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e), for agenda items #2 - #4, Ald. Vitale seconded, motion carried by roll call vote. Roll Call - 8 - Lajsic, Haass, Kuehn, Roadt, Stefanski, Turner, Vitale, Weigel Ald. Stefanski moved to re-convene into Open Session at 6:47 p.m., Ald. Vitale seconded, motion carried by roll call vote. McGeoch Avenue. 3. 2023-0271 Deliberating the negotiation strategy for development of 3601 S. 116th St. 4. 2023-0272 Deliberating the negotiation strategy for construction of a new public works facility on the 5200 Block of W.
