A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 6:15 p.m.

D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
New Matters for Introduction
1. R-2009-0137 Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to file applications for financial assistance
from State of Wisconsin Environmental Improvement Fund.
Sponsors: Public Works Committee
Paul Ziehler and Gary Schmid presented the material relative to the application. Discussion
ensued. The Committee of the Whole unanimously recommended to apply for the stimulus
package.
