CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 7:00 p.m. B. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION Russell Retzack, 3028 S. 83 St., Ethics Board Chair, reported on the Economic Interest Statements, and said all have been returned except for two. The Mayor and City Hall staff hosted a tour for Franklin School's third grade class. He reported on his attendance at Hoover Elementary's graduation, and commented on the Breakfast of Champions event. Alderpersons Comments Ald. Reinke addressed the 4th of July celebration activities.
