The meeting was called to order by Mayor Devine at 7:00 p.m.

Mayor's Report
Mayor Devine announced the beginning of spring yard waste collection; the celebration of 20
years of service at the West Allis Public Library's present location and the 25th Anniversary of
the Friends of the West Allis Public Library; the Youth Commission's upcoming Let's Get Local
event; and the citywide cleanup scheduled for May 15th.

Ald. Weigel reported on a recent meeting with the Tavern League regarding the smoking ban.

10. R-2010-0105 Resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works/City Engineer to file the Recycling
Grants to Responsible Units and Recycling Efficiency Incentive Grant applications on
behalf of the City of West Allis.

11. R-2010-0099 Resolution to rescind Resolution R-2010-0057, and accepting work of D.C.
Burbach, Inc. for the removal and reconstruction of the concrete alley pavement,
storm sewer, storm spot relay, utility adjustments and storm underdrain in various
alleys in West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in
accordance with contract terms of 2009 Project No. 1.

12. R-2010-0106 Resolution to approve bid of Globe Contractors, Inc. for installation of concrete curb
and gutter, concrete pavement, miscellaneous walk repair, driveway replacement,
sanitary sewer relay, storm sewer relay, storm sewer, water main relay, building
services, utility adjustments and directional boring in West Rogers Street from South
67th Place to South 76th Street; South 67th Place from West Rogers Street to West
Becher Place; Various Areas Bounded by West National Ave., West Greenfield
Ave., S. 60th St. & S. 62nd St.; South 72nd Street from West Rogers Street to
West Becher Street within the City of West Allis, in the amount of $3,077,230.74.
