MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS Mayor's Report Mayor Devine announced the beginning of spring yard waste collection; the celebration of 20 years of service at the West Allis Public Library's present location and the 25th Anniversary of the Friends of the West Allis Public Library; the Youth Commission's upcoming Let's Get Local event; and the citywide cleanup scheduled for May 15th.
