G. MAYOR'S REPORT Mayor Devine addressed the Crime Stoppers Bowl-A-Thon and the Friends of LaFollette "Empty Bowls" benefit. He thanked the West Allis Woman's Club for inviting him and the alderpersons to the "Celebrity Luncheon" - Gentlemen of the Community. Mayor Devine remarked on the one year anniversary of the passing of Police Department's Detective Stacy Napoli. H. ALDERPERSON'S REPORT Ald.
