NOTICE OF INFORMAL GATHERING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a possible quorum of members of the City of West Allis Common
Council will gather informally for the purpose of touring several buildings located in West Allis on
Thursday, May 4, 2017 at West Allis City Hall, 7525 W. Greenfield Avenue, commencing at 10:00
a.m. - Noon (schedule below).
10:00 AM - 10:15 AM Depart City Hall
10:15 AM - 10:35 AM Arrive at: 801 S. 60th St., Tour of Johnson Controls
10:35 AM - 10:45 AM Depart: 801 S. 60th St.
10:45 AM - 11:05 AM Arrive at: 1010-1304 S. 70 St., Tour of buildings
11:05 AM - 11:10 AM Depart : 1010-1304 S. 70 St.
11:15 AM - 11:30 AM Arrive at: 1205 S. 70 St., Tour of West Allis/West Milwaukee School
District Building

This is not intended to be a formal meeting of the Common Council. The Common Council will not
take any formal action at this informal meeting.
All meetings of the Common Council are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as
an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and
discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
