MAYOR'S REPORT Mayor Devine offered his condolences to the former Alderperson Ralph West's family and friends and also to the friends and family of Ken Kuemmerlein, who coached the West Allis Special Olympics. Mayor Devine announced that with the COVID-19 rate increase the city is participating in a 'Mask Up' campaign and the West Allis Health Department will be having free face covering drive-thru. H. ALDERPERSON'S REPORT Ald. Roadt complimented the West Allis Police Department for solving an eleven month old murder in the city. Ald. Tenorio informed everyone that the LIberty Heights Park Association will have a Town Hall meeting regarding public safety. I.
