PUBLIC HEARING Steve Schaer, Planning & Zoning Manager, gave an explanation for the public hearing item. There were no public comments. 1. R-2021-0453 Substantial amendment to the FY2015-FY2020 Community Development Block Grant Action Plans, relative to allocating $300,000 of program income and contingency funding to the FY 2020 Community Development Block Grant activity, increasing the activity budget from $212,000 to a total of $512,000. E. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION None. F. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECESS MEETINGS OF STANDING COMMITTEES Mayor Devine announced that the following Standing Committees would meet during recess: Administration & Finance, Public Works, Safety & Development, License & Health and Advisory. G. MAYOR'S REPORT Mayor Devine stated we are hours away from the convening of State Fair and many people are very excited for it. Please let us know if the City can help State Fair with anything. H. R-2021-0443 Resolution relative to continuing City of West Allis membership in the Cities & Villages Mutual Insurance Company (CVMIC) and Liability Insurance for the years 2023 and 2024. Adopted. 4. R-2021-0450 Resolution to approve the third amendment to the water tower lease agreement for 11515 W. Rogers St. by and between the City of West Allis and Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC. Adopted. 5. 2021-0551 Report of the Municipal Judge for the month of June 2021, consisting of all fines, costs and fees collected by the City of West Allis in the sum of $112,562.51. Placed on File. 6. 2021-0567 Summons and Complaint of TVC Mortgage Trust 2020-RTL2 by US Bank Trust National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee, vs. MTK Investments, Jacob Schuyler, Seth E. Dizard and the City of West Allis regarding mortgage foreclosure. Case no. 2021CV004101 Refer to City Attorney. Passed The Consent Vote Ald. R-2021-0464 Resolution to authorize a transfer of $22,000 from the Information Technology Salary and Wages account to the Information Technology - Professional Services account to re-architect our Geographical Information Systems (GIS) infrastructure with GISinc. R-2021-0444 Resolution to approve the sole source proposal of Stormwater Solutions Engineering, LLC (SSE) to design green infrastructure improvements along S. 65th and 66th Streets for an amount not to exceed $81,000 and approving a 2021 Engineering Department Fund Transfer and Amending the 2021 Capital Improvement Program.
