Mayor Devine called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.

1. 2023-0154 Appointment of Ms. Melinda Dejewski for the position of City Engineer.
Ald. Lajsic moved to approve, Ald. Grisham seconded, motion carried
unanimously.

2. R-2023-0161 Resolution relative to the approval of the Employment Contract for the
position of City Engineer for Melinda Dejewski.
Ald. Lajsic moved to adopt, Ald. Kuehn seconded, motion carried unanimously.
