Turner seconded, motion carried with Ald. Roadt abstaining. 2023-0680 Summons and Complaint in the matter of complaint against ODD-E’s Pub L.L.C, 8812 W. Greenfield Ave. Agent: Adi Sarkanjac. Ald. Grisham moved to approve revised agreement submitted by licensee, Ald. Vitale seconded, motion carried. National Ave. Adopted R-2023-0772 Resolution ordering preliminary plans and specifications together with a schedule of proposed assessments for improvement of area improved W. Cleveland Ave. to Union Pacific Railroad; S. 92nd St. to S. 78th St. by miscellaneous sidewalk repair. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Adopted E. ADJOURNMENT Ald.
