G. ANNOUNCEMENT OF RECESS MEETINGS OF STANDING COMMITTEES
H. MAYOR'S REPORT
Mayor Devine encouraged people to attend "Coffee with the Mayor", along with District 3
Alderpersons Kuehn and Grisham, held on October 16th at Bread Pedalers from 4-5 p.m.
He also mentioned the official opening of Twisted Plants at 6202 W. Lincoln Ave. on
Friday, October 18th, at 4 p.m.
I. ALDERPERSONS' REPORT
Ald. Kuehn informed all Conrad Garden residents about the Halloween block party and
pot luck on Saturday, October 19th starting at 2 p.m.
Ald. Halvorsen mentioned the Fairview Park block party being held at Kopperud Park on
Sunday, October 20th from 1 p.m - 5 p.m. He also reminded everyone about Trick or
Treating on Saturday, October 26th from 4 - 7 p.m. and encouraged everyone to stay
safe.
Ald. Grisham mentioned Thursday is national pasta day and to support local restaurants.

pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with
legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning
strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to
become involved. The Administration Committee may reconvene in open session after
completion of the closed session to consider the balance of the agenda.
