1. 22-0144 Resolution to approve the acquisition of 6414-22 W. Greenfield Avenue (
Tax Key No. 439-0144-001) within Tax Increment District #5 – Six Point
Farmers Market Redevelopment Area.

Ald. Weigel inquired as to whether there is sufficient funding in the TIF for this
acquisition, and received confirmation from Jason Kaczmarek,Finance
Director/Comptroller.
Ald. Weigel moved, seconded by Mr. Nehmer to Approved this matter, motion
carried.
D. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority a motion was made by
Karin Gale, seconded by Jim Lisinski to adjourn at 12:00 p.m.
