2. 22-0576 Public Hearing on amendments to the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
Administrative and Annual Plan

Mr. Schloss presented an overview and addressed questions from the Community
Development Authority regarding the Public Hearing regarding the changes to the Section
8 Housing Choice voucher Program Annual Plan.

4. 22-0577 Resolution amending a financial/real estate consulting services contract
with S.B. Friedman Development Advisors in an amount not to exceed
$25,000.

Mr. Mueller commented on the benefits of having an outside third-party reviewing the
large development projects.
Mr. Clark moved to approve this matter, Ald. Haass seconded, motion carried.
5. 22-0579 Discussion on the report City of West Allis Tax Increment Districts
Mr. Schloss presented an update on the Tax Increment Districts, with additional data
being supplied at a future meeting along with being presented to the Joint Review Board.

6. 22-0580 Discussion regarding redevelopment efforts at the 6400 block of W.
Greenfield Ave.
Mr. Mueller provided a brief update with further discussion being held in closed session.

At 6:30 p.m., a motion was made by Mr. Clark, seconded by Ald. Haass to go into
closed session to discuss items 6-9 on the agenda.
Following the discussion of these items in closed session, the committee reconvened in
open session.
E. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Authority a motion was made by Mr.
Clark, seconded by Ald. Haass to adjourn at 7:00 p.m.

For agenda items, 6-9 the committee may convene in closed session pursuant to the
provisions of Section 19.85(1)(e) of the state statutes for the purpose of deliberating the
investing of public funds whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session. This committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed
session to consider the balance of the agenda.
