CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dan Devine, Chair at 9:05 a.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 3- Mayor Dan Devine, Mr. Tim Klare, and Ald. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. 21-0107 Draft Minutes of the February 15, 2021 meeting Attachments: 2-15-21 Draft Minutes A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Mr. Klare, that the minutes of the February 15, 2021 meeting be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, and Ald. Haass No: 0 D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 2. 21-0108 Resolution approving the terms & conditions for an Economic Development Loan to Naus Brewing LLC DBA Perspective Brewing Company for the establishment of a brewery located at 7506-08 W. Greenfield Avenue, under the Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program in the amount of up to $100,000 Discussion ensued with questions being answered by staff. A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass, to recommend Common Council consideration of the Resolution approving the terms & conditions for an Economic Development Loan to Naus Brewing LLC DBA Perspective Brewing Company in the amount of up to $100,000. National Avenue, 67** W. National Avenue and a portion of 67** W. Mitchell St., in the amount of up to $150,000 Discussion ensued with questions being answered by staff. A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass, to recommend Common Council consideration of a Resolution approving the terms & conditions for an Economic Development Loan to Ope Brewing Company, LLC and West Allis Brewing Property, LLC in the amount of up to $150,000. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, and Ald. Haass No: 0 No Closed Session Was Held. E. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass to adjourn the meeting at 9:25 a.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
