REGULAR MEETING
A. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dan Devine, Chair at 9:05 a.m.

C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
1. 21-0107 Draft Minutes of the February 15, 2021 meeting

A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Mr. Klare, that the minutes of the
February 15, 2021 meeting be Approved. The motion carried by the following
vote:
Aye: 3- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, and Ald. Haass

D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS
2. 21-0108 Resolution approving the terms & conditions for an Economic
Development Loan to Naus Brewing LLC DBA Perspective Brewing
Company for the establishment of a brewery located at 7506-08 W.
Greenfield Avenue, under the Department of Housing and Urban
Development Community Development Block Grant Program in the amount
of up to $100,000
Discussion ensued with questions being answered by staff.
A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass, to recommend
Common Council consideration of the Resolution approving the terms &
conditions for an Economic Development Loan to Naus Brewing LLC DBA
Perspective Brewing Company in the amount of up to $100,000. The motion
carried by the following vote:

3. 21-0109 Resolution approving the terms & conditions for an Economic
Development Loan to Ope Brewing Company, LLC and West Allis Brewing
Property, LLC for the establishment of a brewery and entertainment venue
located at 6749-51 W. National Avenue, 67** W. National Avenue and a
portion of 67** W. Mitchell St., in the amount of up to $150,000
Discussion ensued with questions being answered by staff.
A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass, to recommend
Common Council consideration of a Resolution approving the terms & conditions
for an Economic Development Loan to Ope Brewing Company, LLC and West
Allis Brewing Property, LLC in the amount of up to $150,000. The motion carried
by the following vote:
Aye: 3- Mayor Devine, Mr. Klare, and Ald. Haass
No: 0
No Closed Session Was Held.
E. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Mr. Klare, seconded by Ald. Haass to adjourn the meeting at
9:25 a.m.

For agenda items 2 and 3, the committee may convene in closed session pursuant to the
provisions of Section 19.85(1)(e) of the state statutes for the purpose of deliberating the
investing of public funds whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session. This committee may reconvene in open session after completion of the closed
session to consider the balance of the agenda.
