National Ave. SUPPLEMENTAL AGENDA New Business Computer and Internet Policy-revised Attachments: Computer and Internet Policy-Rev 5-26-21 Ms. Dohearty moved to approved the revised Computer and Internet policy. Second by Ms. Lerch. Motion approved. The Printing section was changed to the following: Printing and copying are available. Users are asked to conserve paper by printing only necessary information. Black and white copies or prints are ten (10) cents each, and color copies or prints are fifty (50) cents per page. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
