Call to Order Ms. Wadewitz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. B. Roll Call Present 2- Ms. Michelle Wadewitz, and Mr. Adam Hengel Excused 2- Ms. Kari Lerch, and Ms. Michelle Boening Staff present: Michael Koszalka, Library Director C. Approval of Minutes Ms. Wadewitz moved to approve the meeting minutes as written. Second by Mr. Hengel. Motion approved. Library Board Subcommitee Meeting Minutes February 27, 2019 G. Unfinished Business Formulation of a Policy for the Performance Evaluation of the Library Director Discussion ensued regarding the work to formulate a process for evaluating the Library Director. J. Adjournment There being no further businesss, Ms. Wadewitz moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Second by Mr. Hengel. Motion passed.
