Performance Evaluation of the Library Director-Wrap Up Meeting
A. Call to Order
Ms. Wadewitz called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
B. Roll Call
Present 3- Ms. Kari Lerch, Ms. Michelle Wadewitz, and Ms. Michelle Boening
Excused 1- Mr. Adam Hengel
Staff present: Michael Koszalka, Library Director

Ms. Lerch moved to approve the March 2019 Library Board Subcommittee meeting minutes as
written. Second by Ms. Wadewitz. Motion carried.
G. Unfinished Business
Formulation of a Policy for the Performance Evaluation of the Library Director
Discussion ensued regarding the work to formulate a process for evaluating the Library
Director.
J. Adjournment
There being no further business, Ms. Lerch moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 p.m. Second
by Ms. Boening. Motion carried.

programs, services and/or benefits.
