1. 2003-0101 Time Warner Cable communication stating that Nick Toons on Digital
Channel 156 will no longer be available to Totally Digital Package, Digital
Deluxe Package or Digital Kids & Family Package customers as of March
31, 2003.
A motion was made by Ald. Sengstock, seconded by Ald. Trudell, that this matter
be Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following
vote:

2. 2003-0122 Appointment of new agent by Escape Horse Inn, LLC, d/b/a Six Points Pub

A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Trudell, that this matter be
Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote:
