Mr. Henry was advised to remind his bartenders to call 911 and not over serve. Ms. Frye was reminded to call 911 when there are any signs of trouble and to not serve intoxicated patrons. A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Discussion ensued regarding Ms. Minto's experience in running a tavern and Ms. Minto inquired if she could use the fenced in side of the building as the designated smoking area. Mr. Lozana was told that he is to keep a list of his employees, with name, social security and telephone number. He was reminded that at closing time all drinks should be poured out, everything should be off the bar and that no one is allowed in the bar except for the employee cleaning. National Ave. Mr. Mellantine informed the Committee that his targeted opening date is May 1, 2015. Nonappearance of Charles Hastings, premises located at 7127 W. National Ave. Mr. Hastings did not contact the Clerk's Office. The Committee requested he be ordered to appear at the next scheduled License & Health meeting. Nonappearance of Mary Louise Ell. Ms. Ell contacted the Clerk's Office. The Committee requested she be ordered to appear at the next scheduled License & Health meeting. This matter was Held. 22. 2014-0039 Discussion on whether the City should prohibit the consumption of fermented malt beverages by passengers on a commercial quadricycle within the municipality. Discussion ensued regarding quadricycles and the consumption of alcoholic beverages. The Committee spoke about the possible streets in West Allis a quadricycle could be safely ridden on and how alcohol consumption would be monitored. No action was taken at this time.
