All in attendance were told to follow the rules, to call the police for any problems and when the police arrive to be helpful, courteous and provide details of the people involved in the incident. They were reminded it is illegal to serve someone already intoxicated. They were informed of the City's Compliance Check Programs and to check identification. C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 14. 2015-0462 2015-2017 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application no. 17-199 for Anthony S. Jerving. Appearance by Anthony S. Jerving. Discussion ensued regarding Mr. Jerving’s police report. He was reminded to obey the rules and regulations of a driver's license and those of a bartender's license. A motion was made by Ald. Discussion ensued regarding Mr. Steffek's police report, which included motor vehicle violations. He was reminded to obey the laws and follow the rules. A motion was made by Ald. Loehr-Enca, Agent, d/b/a Nunu’s Towing & Salvage, LLC, premises located at 1949 S. 53 St. Appearance by Nicolas A. Loehr-Enca. Discussion ensued regarding Mr. Loehr-Enca's police report and his use for a Salvage and Recycling Center License. He informed the Committee he would be transporting cars for salvage purposes and that nothing would be stored on the lot where his trucks were parked. He told the Committee he needed to get a license for this type of work in the Municipality he resides, in order to get a license from the state for this type of business. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel No: 0 5. 2015-0293 2015-2016 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application no. 16-303 for Ranjit Singh. Nonappearance of Ranjit Singh. Mr. Singh did not contact the Clerk's Office or follow through with the Committee's request of May 26, 2015. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Mr. Johnson had nothing to report on his pending charges. The Committee informed him he would get a letter to appear in August for an update. Ms. Crossley was excused from appearing. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. Attachments: Comm. nonpayment PPTs.6-3-15 Nonappearance of Ball 4 Sports (Steve Pemper). Discussion ensued regarding Mr. Pemper owing personal property taxes and that he has not responded to the City's inquiry to apply for the Secondhand Article Dealer License. Attorney Merten said she would have the police visit the location to see if the business is operating. Nonappearance of As New Appliances (Maureen Sarnowski), Right Click Computers (Walter Horngreen), and Krap Shoot (Diane Plumeri). As New Appliances and Right Click Computers have recently paid in full and Krap Shoot signed a payment plan agreement. A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald.
