The Committee indicated the property and corner have been improved, they addressed the investment made, the business is thriving and viable, new employees will be added, and the business has the ability to move forward. Discussion ensued regarding the Supplemental Questionnaire. The applicant was asked what the building would be if not licensed and if it would be sellable. The applicant addressed the improvements being made to the exterior and interior. Discussion continued about the vacancy and viability of a small bar. A motion was made by Ald.
