A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter was
Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried
by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Barczak, Ald. Haass, and Ald. Weigel

56. 2016-0138 Appointment of new agent, Ismael A. Vazquez, by Mega Marts, LLC, d/b/a Pick
'n Save #6847 located at 6760 W. National Ave.
The Committee directed the Clerk's office to send a letter to Mr. Ismael A. Vazquez
regarding the agent's responsibility.
A motion was made by Ald. Roadt, seconded by Ald. Barczak, that this matter was
Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote:

Greenfield Ave. for a St. Patrick's Day Party to be held Thursday, March 17,
2016 from 8:00 a.m.- 11:00 p.m. (Tents to be placed in parking lot). First (1st)
application for 2015-2016 license year.
A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was
Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote:

Class B Tavern Liquor License renewal application of Rupena’s, Inc., Maria E.
Karczewski, Agent, d/b/a Rupena’s Summit Café, from 6737 W. Washington
St. to 7641 W. Beloit Rd.
The Committee requested that Ms. Karczewski be ordered to appear on March 15,
2016 with a completed sketch.
