This matter was Held 53. 2016-0415 2016-2017 Class B Tavern License application no. 2335, Dance Hall License application no. 2336, and Tavern Entertainment License-Other Entertainment application no. 2337 of JM 6500 Investments, LLC, Tonja M. Bassett, Agent, d/b/a 6500 Restaurant & Bar, for the premises located 6500 W. Greenfield Ave. (new-existing location). Appearance by Tonja M. Bassett. Discussion ensued regarding Ms. Bassett's experience, her estimated percentage of food sales, the type of restaurant food she would serve, security measures, and that Ms. Bassett would be a presence on the premise. The Committee informed Ms. Bassett that here have been problems at this location with prior owners, and about the City's Compliance Check Programs. The Committee addressed the Nuisance Property Ordinance, and expected improvements in the area due to development. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald.
