The meeting was called to order by Chair Czaplewski at 8:00 p.m.

57. 2018-0071 2017-2018 Class B Tavern Liquor License application no. 2525 of Nae Naes
Icecream Castel, Sengchanh Phengphonsavanh, Agent, d/b/a DD, for the premises
located at 6404 W. National Ave. (new-existing).

A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Roadt, that this matter was Recommended
for Denial based on the agent's habitual law offenses on the police report. The motion carried by
the following vote:
Aye: 3- Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, and Ald. Weigel
No: 2- Ald. Czaplewski, and Ald. May
58. 2018-0078 Appointment of new Agent, Ryan A. Schoonover, by Apple Hospitality Group, LLC,
d/b/a Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, located at 2865 S. 108 St.
The Committee directed the Clerk's office to send a letter to Ryan A. Schoonover
regarding the agent's responsibility.
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended
for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried by the following vote:

d/b/a Heart Breakers, located at 9440 W. National Ave.
The Committee directed the Clerk's office to send a letter to Jeffrey S. Raush
regarding the agent's responsibility.
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended
for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel

Ave. for St. Patrick’s Day Party, March 17, 2018, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Food,
tents, and outdoor music in parking lot with fence across lot). First (1st) application
for 2017-2018 license year.
A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Weigel to amend to the outdoor
music ending at 10:00 pm.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Ayes: 5 - Ald. Czaplewksi, Haass, May, Roadt and Weigel
Noes: 0
A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended
for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s) as amended, with outdoor music to end at
10:00 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote:
