NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 6. 2019-0904 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Kayla M. Luty Appearance of Kayla M. Luty. Discussion ensued regarding Ms. Luty's background check report and her competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended For Approval based upon competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. The motion carried unanimously. 15. 2020-0007 License applications Secondhand Article Dealer application 2019-2020: Military Collectibles Shop LLC, Jerry E. Dutscheck, Agent, 9707 W. Greenfield Ave. Dance Hall License application 2019-2020: Set Apart Lounge LLC, Toron A. Brown, Agent, 1022 S. 60 St. Operator's License (bartender/sales clerk) applications 2019-2021: Coleman, Nickerria S. Cummings, Marie E. Dronso, Melissa A. Lewitzke, Jeffrey L. Roman, Adrilein A. A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter be Recommended for Approval subject to the necessary requirement(s). The motion carried unanimously. Haass, that this matter be Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried unanimously. Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel No: 0 17. 2019-0901 2019-2021 Operator’s License (bartender/sales clerk) application of Debra A. Berrones Nonappearance of Debra A. Berrones. Ms. Berrones provided competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. A motion was made by Ald. Haass, seconded by Ald. Weigel, that this matter was Recommended For Approval based upon competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Czaplewski, Ald. Roadt, Ald. Haass, Ald. May, and Ald. Weigel No: 0 18. 2019-0946 Police Department Report involving Premier Sports Lounge, 1022 S. 60 St., of Premier Sports Lounge LLC, Tabitha A. Harris, Agent, Incident Date: November 2, 2019 A motion was made by Ald. Weigel, seconded by Ald. Haass, that this matter be Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried unanimously. 19. 2019-0945 Police Department Report involving Slurp-n-Burp Fun Bar, 1454 S. 92 St., of R & K Entertainment Enterprises, LLC, Robert M. Lucas, Agent. Incident Date: November 1, 2019 This matter was Held. 20. 2019-0947 Police Department Report involving Uncle Festers, 5732 W. Mitchell St., of Uncle Festers LLC, Ashley Kapalczynski, Agent, Incident Date: November 4, 2019 This matter was Held. 21. 2019-0949 Police Department Report involving JC’s Pub & Grub, 8028 W. National Ave., of JC’s Pub, Inc., Jeffery Clark, Agent, Incident Date: November 9, 2019 This matter was Held. D. MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION b. 2020-0009 Discussion regarding the possible transfer of a reserve “Class B” license to the Village of Hales Corners Appearance by Sandra Kulik, Hales Corners Village Administrator/Clerk. Discussione ensued regarding the need of Hales Corners receiveing a transfer of a reserve Class B license from West Allis. Ms. Kulik was advised to subject a communication of this request and the Council would take a vote on it. This matter was Discussed and Consensus Given. Morss, Stephanie A. Shanklin, Natalie R. License & Health Committee recommended denial of the following applicants. The Clerk's Office was directed to send a letter allowing the applicant an opportunity to appear before the License & Health Committee to show competent evidence of rehabilitation. Gruchalski, Angela M. Krolicki, Tanya R. MIller, Jacqueline L. Schmidt, Cora A. This matter was Discussed and Consensus Given. E.
