APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the June 18, 2026 Regular Meeting Minutes as well as the July 6, 2026 and the July 7, 2026 Special Meeting Minutes D. STATEMENT BY CITIZENS Not more than ½ hour shall be allowed for statements by citizens. Each individual shall be limited to one, 5-minute period to address the Board during this portion of the meeting. The Board cannot respond to questions, comments or remarks during this time; it is not a discussion period, but an opportunity for citizens to address the Board. PFC Financial Report 19. Communication: Fire Merger Update I. ADJOURNMENT All meetings of the Police and Fire Commission are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed. NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM It is possible that members of, and possibly a quorum of, members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above -stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
