Reinke Tuesday, November 20, 2018 7:25 PM City Hall, Room 118 (Mayor's Conference Room) 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. RECESS MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 5. R-2018-0753 Resolution authorizing staff to complete and file a water rate case application with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC). Sponsors: Public Works Committee and Administration & Finance Committee Attachments: R-2018-0753 signed A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 14. O-2018-0044 Ordinance to repeal and recreate section 11.12 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 11, Public Ways, Places and Property, relative to Snow and Ice Removal on Public Areas. Sponsors: Public Works Committee Attachments: O-2018-0044 signed A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Lajsic, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 15. R-2018-0741 Resolution accepting work of Faith Technologies for furnishing and installing the replacements for existing lamps and/or fixtures with new DLC approved LED lighting in five City buildings in the City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms for final payment of 2017 Project No. 23 in the amount of $4,000.00 of the $182,887.21 total project cost. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:28 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings.
