R-2019-0167 Resolution ratifying the emergency purchase the Director of Public Works executed with Neher Electric Supply, Inc., per the Mayor’s authorization, on February 21, 2019, for low pressure sodium bulbs to address the immediate street lighting needs for the City in the amount of $176,925.66. R-2019-0169 Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to amend an existing agreement with Barrientos Design & Consulting, Inc. for Architectural Consulting Services related to integrating City Hall functions into a combined Municipal Complex where both Public Works and City Hall operate from one location and under one consolidated building structure in an amount not to exceed $11,000 and authorizing and directing the appropriate City officials to execute a budget amendment to transfer the necessary funds for this work. Lincoln Avenue at S. 84th Street, S. 76th Street, and S. 71st Street. Greenfield Ave. from S. 70 St. to S. 76 St. and adjacent side streets, north and south to the alleys, starting at 5:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2019; and requesting barricades with flashing lights for set-up for West Allis A la Carte. Electric Avenue, S. 58 Street from W. National Avenue to W. Greenfield Avenue, S. 59 Street from W. Mobile Street to W. Lincoln Avenue, W. Grant Street from S. 60 Street to W. Beloit Road and portions of intersecting streets by concrete reconstruction, new concrete sidewalk, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments. R-2019-0142 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by concrete reconstruction, new concrete sidewalk, new driveway approaches, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services and utility adjustments in S. 55 Street from W. Mobile Street to W. Electric Avenue, S. 58 Street from W. National Avenue to W. Greenfield Avenue, S. 59 Street from W. Mobile Street to W. Lincoln Avenue, W. Grant Street from S. 50 Street to W. Beloit Road and portions of intersecting streets and levying special assessments against benefited properties.
