O-2015-0017 Ordinance to Amend Subsection 10.12(2) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Remote Car Starters. Sponsors: Ald. May A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 25. 2015-0137 Special Use Permit for proposed WAWM School District 4K school/educational center and recreational activities at the Recreation 4K Center, located at 2450 S. 68 St. This matter was Held. 26. 2015-0138 Special Use Permit for proposed WAWM School District 4K school/educational center and recreational activities located at Parkway School, 2930 S. O-2015-0016 Ordinance to amend Sections 12.06, 12.40, 12.41, 12.42 and 12.43 of the Revised Municipal Code relative to defining and permitting animal related uses including animal grooming, pet shops, kennels and veterinary clinics for the holding and care of animals uses. Sponsors: Ald. Weigel and Ald. Probst A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 28. O-2013-0041 Ordinance to amend the official West Allis Zoning Map by rezoning property located at 6502 W Burnham St. from RB-2 Residence District to C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 29. O-2013-0015 Ordinance to amend various sections of the Zoning Chapter of the Revised Municipal Code relative to establishing certain permitted and special uses and required conditions for commercial animal related uses including veterinary and small animal clinics, pet shops, animal shelters/kennels, and animal grooming facilities for the holding and care of animals within Sections 12.40(2) special uses of the Central Business District, 12.41(1) and (2) permitted and special uses of the Neighborhood Commercial District, 12.42(1) and (2) permitted and special uses of the Community Commercial District and 12.43(2) special uses of the Regional Commercial District. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. Business Improvement District asking for pet stores, selling small pets, such as birds, reptiles, hamsters, etc. to be allowed in the C-1 District. A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 6. R-2015-0037 Resolution to Impose a Moratorium on Secondhand article Dealers, as defined in 9.15 of the Revised Municipal Code. Sponsors: Ald. Probst and Ald. Reinke A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption As Amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke to adjourn the meeting at 8:12 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
