26. 2015-0435 Communication from the Manager of Planning and Zoning relative to the Plan
Commission decision of May 27, 2015 to deny an Ordinance amendment
request from Allied Pools for the property located at 1800 S. 108 St. from M-1
to C-4 Regional Commercial District.
A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Placed
on File. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale

27. 2015-0439 Communication from the Manager of Planning and Zoning relative to the Plan
Commission decision of May 27, 2015 recommending that Common Council
maintain the recently adopted Ordinance, which allowed Resale Stores as
permitted uses.
A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Placed on
File. The motion carried by the following vote:
