CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Alderperson Cathleen Probst, Vice-Chair at 7:31 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 4- Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale Excused 1- Ald. Lajsic Others Attending John F. Stibal, Director of Development; Other Staff; Guests and Media C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS New Matters for Introduction 9. O-2015-0044 An ordinance to repeal subsections 2.36, 2.37, 14.50-14.58 and 14.85(30); and amend subsections 14.02, 14.06(3), 14.06(8), 14.23 and 14.26(1)(b) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 2, City Government, and Chapter 14, Electrical Code, relative to eliminating electrical contractor licensing requirements, the Electrical Review Board and the Board of Electrical Appeals. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended for Passage.. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 10. O-2015-0045 An ordinance to repeal and recreate subsections 13.05(1)(a), 13.04(45) and (46), and 13.31(1), (2) and (3); and repeal subsections 13.255(2)(i) and 13.255(3)(d) of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 13, Building Code relative to fence requirements. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. O-2015-0046 An ordinance to repeal and recreate Section 18.09 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 18 Nuisances, relative to creating a Nuisance Abandoned Building section. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 12. 2015-0679 Special Use Permit for Pope Auto Worx, an existing business at 10204 W. Greenfield Ave., proposing an expansion to their auto repair facility at 10214 W. Greenfield Ave. and 102** W. Greenfield Ave. This matter was Held. D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald.
