Shore of Davis Kuelthau Attorneys at Law on behalf of the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District for an extension of time to record the proposed Certified Survey Map to subdivide the Roosevelt School property into two lots, at 932 S. 60 St. A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 47. 2015-0767 Special Use Permit to establish the BD Cooking Company, a proposed limited food production facility, to be located at 7109 W. National Ave. This matter was Held. 47a. 2015-0769 Communication from the City Attorney’s Office regarding the Complaint against Central Wastewater Treatment of Wisconsin, LLC (CWT) and the City’s Notice of Non-Compliance with Stipulation. A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Approval. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. R-2015-0228 Resolution relative to determination of Special Use Permit for The Choice Restaurant and Bar, a proposed restaurant and bar facility to be located at 9638 W. National Ave. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 50. 2015-0738 Special Use Permit for The Choice Restaurant and Bar, a proposed restaurant and bar facility to be located at 9638 W. National Ave. This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Reinke, to approve all the actions on the preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 D.
