2. 2018-0095 Request by Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. on behalf of Ramco Gershenson
Properties, LP for appeal of the January 24, 2018 Plan Commission decision rejecting
the Site, Landscaping and Architectural Plans for proposed site and building changes to a
portion of the West Allis Town Center located at 6822-6900 W. Greenfield Ave. The
appeal has been submitted in accordance with the 12.13(12) of the Revised Municipal
Code.
