The meeting was called to order by Alderperson Lajsic at 6:00 p.m.

Mr. Stibal gave an overview of the proposed boundaries and Project Plan for Tax
Incremental District No. 16 (S. 70th and Washington Street Corporate Office
Corridor Plan). Discussion ensued with questions beng answered by staff.

A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Euteneir to adjourn the
meeting at 6:40 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
